| Niacin + jenn = pure evil. I've learned something new today... "the niacin flush" is no fun and flush is a term of endearment. Besides that, the extreme heart burn that i experience on a daily basis has been amplified by the fact that niacin also causes an increase in the production of stomache acid. As if i don't have enough that shit. My heart hurts. Being healthy rocks my world. As my mom says, "Just because you bought it in a health store doesn't mean it's good for you...Now go to the hospital." | ||
